FOR AN INACCURATE ORDER OR A REFUND REQUEST
Refunds are not allowed once the items (and/or delivery services) have been sold, purchased, confirmed, or paid for, unless the product in question has quality flaws from production processes* that are related to food hygiene protocols.
Any losses resulting from incorrect product ordering, handling, or storage are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Please feel free to reach us on WhatsApp if there are any problems with the products' quality. You can ask for a refund or a replacement of a comparable product.
*Before paying out any compensation, we will conduct a full investigation into the incident.
**All reimbursements will be manually processed via bank transfer or telegraphic transfer once any bank fees, credit card commissions, payment gateway fees, etc. have been subtracted.
Suchan have the rights to make the final decisions in any disputes.
