Fruits are cleaned and washed. Extra sugar washed off. Soaked with brandy. Butter, Red Palm Oil and brown sugar with raisins, sultanas, currants, figs, apricots, prunes, cranberries. Sometimes with dates and dried cherries.
Additional brandy after baking.
Serves at it is or room temperature or warm with suchan's homemade Vanilla Ice cream.
Unfinish, wrap with foil and store in freezer. Keep for years.
